Invincible is thrown around while William tries talking to Rick, remembering how they had had sex before. Mark takes one of the cyborg's helmet off and finds out it was Rick, but Sinclair told them not to try to talk to him since he had removed his emotions. Invincible is punched by many of the monsters while Sinclair argued that he was fixing humanities' weaknesses. He finds Sinclair's lab while William is tied up. He is attacked by Sinclair's cyborgs and taken underwater while being punched. Mark goes underground to the sewer and looks around for William. William asks Sinclair what he had done to Rick and Sinclair tells him that he would be doing the same thing to him. When his monster is defeated, he is furious and mentions that would be the last time that he would leave anybody's frontal lobe intact, while looking at Rick.Īfter abducting Rick and finding William Clockwell, drags him away with a monster. Sinclair organizes an attack using Doug's monster. He calls Rick impressive and is asked to leave by the professor. Sinclair walks up to them and tells Rick that he did not belong in a school of idiots. Amber tells him he was being a jerk and says that what he had told the class was dramatic. Sinclair does not agree with what he has to say and tells him that all human failings were simply engineering challenges and tells them that they were all machines. Sinclair was bored by the lecture and told the professor, shocking Mark and the rest of the class.Īt the class, a professor gives a biology class, but D.A. Sinclair cut his throat and removed his vocal chords.ĭ.A. He looks at his arm, with his forearm missing and replaced with a robotic prosthetic, which terrifies him. Doug calls him a nerd, but he finds he is bound and trapped in a basement with multiple cyborgs. Sinclair tells him that he would be turned into a brave explorer. ![]() He is attacked from behind and put to sleep. They realize his father had elevated prices on a medicine, but he tells them that he would inherit everything soon, offering them sex, but they refuse. Three girls are approached by a drunk boy who tells them he is Doug Cheston, son of the owner of Cheston Pharmaceutical and half the university. ![]() After being taken down by Invincible when caught messing with humans and turning them into ReAnimen, he was hired by Cecil Stedman so he could create an army of them. He believes that whatever weakness a human has is an obstacle to be solved by engineering. Sinclair is a genius who attended Upstate University thanks to a special program he was awarded with. Good time waster I guess but not really worth getting excited about.D.A. Honestly you could watch the first and last couple of episodes and you wouldn't be missing out on much. Probably would have enjoyed it more if it was making fun of super heroes more often and using the violence for realism and drama instead of the cringe teen drama formula that is copy and pasted from some day time television script. ![]() Some of the comedy is good, but it comes in small doses as the show is less tongue and cheek and takes itself fairly seriously. The finale is fun and over the top, but most of the story leading up to it leaves a lot to be desired with only a few plot twists that kept me interested and ultimately didn't have much to do with the finale. ![]() The story and characters are routine and predictable for a super hero universe (take Spiderman, Justice League, and the Avengers, add the violent realism of The Boys or Kickass, and you've seen most of the show already). A mildly interesting cartoon with violence and teen drama.
